Harald helps colleague Associate Professor Inga Smith with her group’s research on sea ice from Scott Base in Antarctica. Besides helping with measuring sea ice thickness and taking sea ice cores, Harald learns how Events are run from Scott Base to be prepared for leading an Event in 2029 where we will launch a Photonics Based Radiometer to measure Ozone from a high altitude balloon.
